The four directors at CPS have developed a team of sales and logistics staff who understand the needs of a diverse client base. They clearly understand the importance that customers place on service and reliability. The whole team is self-motivated and driven to provide the highest levels of service.
Edward Crow - Chairman
Edward, along with Karen, founded CPS in 1994. The insight gained from his background, working for Xerox for over ten years in both sales and marketing roles, gave Edward the concept behind CPS - a company dedicated to providing service levels beyond the customers' expectations.


Karen Crow - Managing Director
The twenty-eight years in high profile sales positions, that Karen brings to CPS, is consistently put to excellent use. Her experience is clearly evident as she applies her understanding and problem solving to a wide range of procurement issues for CPS' valued customers.


Calvin Hardy - Commercial Director
Having joined CPS after leaving the legal profession in 1994, Calvin brought a renewed appreciation of client based requirements within that sector together with a unique approach to meeting customer needs. His commitment to providing value for money has allowed him to develop a grow key accounts through his tenure.


Dave Avey - Operations Director
Dave brings fifteen years' worth of experience in senior sales positions in the business papers sector to CPS. This knowledge assures the customer that the products and services supplied by CPS are perfectly suited to any application and are tailored to satisfy even the most demanding of requirements.
